Where is my order now?

We got many customers' mails to ask for the tracking status of their orders. Here is our shipping process for your reference, and the checking channels to trace the order status.

1.Order delivery process:

  1. If the products are in stock,the order processing is completed within 1 working day, excludes special custom orders. We'll get pre-express tracking no in this stage.
  2. Ship the package to logistic's warehouse in half day.
  3. The logistic company sorts the products, weighs them, labels them, delivers in different express, which is choosed by end user, and scans into the system. (At this stage,the tracking no status can only be checked in logistic internal system, but has not been updated in local website yet)
  4. End user can check the progress update on express company official website later in 2-3 days.
