Refund Policy

Due to the high cost of international parcel shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if you want to return it. All returned items must be returned with their original packaging and accessories. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.A 20%+ restocking fee will be charged on all cash value returns and refunds dependent upon our discretion. Returned orders which received free shipping will be deducted from the original order price.

The buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs before a repair or replacement has been completed. All defective items are inspected by our technicians. If the item is not defective the return shipping costs will be charged to the buyer.

If an item has been returned that has been damaged or not in original condition. A refund will not be eligible and shipping costs to get the item back to you will be charged before your items are sent back.
