Q2. Why the tracking number offered cannot be tracked?
A: As there are many promotional festivals in these two months, DHL/FEDEX warehousing will be overloaded, so there is a possibility of delay which usually last 6-7 days. That’s why the tracking number has not been updated, not we have not shipped yet. Please wait patiently for the arrival of the goods, thank you!
Q3. Why do I have to pay remote area charges after I paid the freight?
A: When entering order information, the logistic system will automatically detect remote areas (outside the delivery range of the logistic service provider) to charge additional delivery fees. Due to the large number of remote areas in the world, we cannot include remote fees in the order shipping costs. Please understand.
