Reasons why we need to choose Aluminum PCB
Aluminum PCB is a kind of metal-core printed circuit board (MCPCB), which has a good heat dissipation function. It consists of a three-layer structure of Circuit Copper Layer, insulating Layer, and Metal substrate (Aluminum Layer).
